Israel - Nuclear HypocriteIsrael's recent praise of the award of a Nobel Peace Prize to the International Atomic Energy Agency and statement that it sends a clear warning to rogue states is pure hypocrisy.
Israel recently applauded the award of this year’s Nobel Peace Prize to International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and its Chief Mohamed ElBaradei, calling it a “strong warning” to “rogue states” to give up their nuclear ambitions, in an obvious reference to Iran.
Israel failed to include itself in the category of rogue states or mention the fact that it is not a member of the IAEA nor does it recognize its authority. Israel developed its nuclear weapons program in complete secrecy with material and technology stolen from the United States and has recently put nuclear missles into stealth submarines. Israel does not recognize international law or the authority of the United Nations. It regularly slaughters innocent civilians, steals land, tortures prisoners – including children, and engages in illegal political and economic assasinations. It is truly a rogue state in every sense of the word and poses a serious threat to the peace and security of the world.
The world certainly needs fewer nuclear weapons and steps should be made to ensure that their numbers are reduced and no new countries obtain them. However, the IAEA serves to legitimize the weapons of its member countries while denying the same option to countries oppressed by some of those with nuclear weapons, forcing the victim countries to engage in guerilla efforts.
On the other hand, Iran participates in the IAEA and has been transparent in its nuclear energy program. While there have been a few issues with full disclosure, virtually all of the issues have been resolved and the IAEA has clearly stated that there is no evidence that Iran is building nuclear weapons. Even the US Defense Dept. claims that Iran is many years away from having the ability to build nuclear weapons.
So, why is Israel, the US and Britain picking on Iran? There are several answers. One answer is the fact that Iran has a lot of oil and a good pipeline route to even more oil in the Caspian Sea area. Another big reason is Iran’s plan to open its own oil trading bourse to compete with the jewish dominated oil markets in New York and London that are primarily responsible for the high price of oil and the obscene profits enjoyed by oil companies and their stock-holders. The jewish Rotshchild banking dynasty owns substantial stock in all major oil companies. An oil market not controlled by jews and the world’s ruling elite poses a serious threat to their control and would shift the balance of power away from Israel and western countries towards muslim countries, India, Russia and China. Another reason is that Iran does fund some of those resisting Israel’s oppression.
If Iran did indeed have nuclear weapons would it be attacked? Probably not.
The US, Britain and Israel are planning on attacking Iran and creating anti-Iranian sentiments to help justify their actions. There will be even more rhetoric and propoganda to come before the attack.
