If you are a child in Texas you should be concerned, very concerned.
The State of Texas preys upon children. It regularly locks them up for no good reason and then abuses them sexually, emotionally and physically and no one seems to be able to do anything about it.
A typical example was when Texas Ranger Brian J. Burzynski brought charges against Texas Youth Commission employees Ray Brookins and John Hernandez for sexually abusing 10 boys at the West Texas State School-Prison in Ward County. The facility is reported to have kept some of the children imprisoned well beyond their release date so that the abuse could continue. The facility had a long history of abuse of the children in its care and according to one inmate “everyone knew what was going on”.
When the State Attorney refused to investigate or bring charges, Ranger Brian Burzynski petitioned the US District Attorney’s office. Yet, Assistant US Attorney for West Texas, Bill Baumann, who works for US Attorney Johnny Sutton, a close friend of Bush-Goon Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, declined federal prosecution in the case on the grounds that the sexual abuse wasn’t really illegal.
The West Texas State School abuses were well known by a wide range of staff. The fact that the facility deliberately placed young children in with adult prisoners to be used as sex slaves was admitted when Juvenile Corrections Officer Maria Gray claimed that “locking up kids 10 years old with 21-year-olds – there is a big problem right there,” she said. “A big problem.” However, Ms. Gray did not report her concerns until the prison was threatened with closure and she was faced with losing her job.
When the case finally became a bigger issue Brookins and Hernandez resigned. Hernandez went to work for a charter school in Midland where he continued to have access to children, despite the allegations against him.
The Ward County case is currently before a Grand Jury that will reconvene April 10, 2007. One can only hope that the good citizens will do the right thing and bring indictments against all of the guilty parties. However, given the active participation of local citizens in the crimes, the Grand Jury may just be another step in the continued coverup and denial of justice. In similar pedophile cases, a Grand Jury was convened, evidence was taken, evidence and testimony sealed, jurers put under gag orders and no action taken. This tactic is frequently used as a coverup when serious crimes have been committed by people in power. The outcome of this case may hinge upon how far up the chain of command the abuse was sanctioned.
One of the best documented and most heinous cases of govt. supported abuse against children came to be known as the “Franklin Coverup”. After an extensive investigation by the Nebraska Legislature a vast child sex-slave conspiracy was uncovered involving the CIA, FBI, local police, the Republican Party, Boys Town, the Catholic Church and local media. The evidence was overwhelming and irrefutable yet a local Douglas County Grand Jury labeled the charges a “carefully crafted hoax” and sealed the records. Children who were victims in the case were imprisoned on perjury charges for their courageous and honest testimony.
One child, Alisha Owen, who had been impregnated when she was 15 by Omaha Police Chief Robert Wadman was convicted of perjury by the Grand Jury, even though her testimony was well substantiated and DNA testing proved that Wadman was the father of her child. Wadman was never charged. Other child victims were threatened into silence or murdered before they could testify.
Once a Grand Jury has considered a case the evidence is usually sealed and it is extremely difficult to bring new charges. In the Franklin Coverup case one of the victims, Paul Bonacci, did manage to sue one of the pedophiles, a prominent Republican named Lawrence King, founder of the Franklin Community Credit Union for which the case was named after. Paul won a million dollar civil rights lawsuit, but has yet to collect anything from King. King was convicted for fraud in the looting of tens of millions from the Credit Union but was never charged for his part in the child prostition ring.
One of the consultants in the Nebraska investigation was longtime CIA Director William Colby. Colby claimed that the case extended to the highest levels in Washington and that anyone involved in the investigation was in danger. 15 investigators in the case were blatantly murdered or died under suspicious circumstances and even Colby died under highly suspicious circumstances.
Other Texas facilities have been found to abuse children as well. The Texas Sheltered Care Facility operated by Away from Home, Inc. in Nixon, Texas was investigated for sexual abuse by the Texas Dept. of Family and Protective Services who then referred the case to US Attorney Johnny Sutton and the FBI, who declined to pursue the case. FBI agent Erik Vasys told the Houston Chronicle that the FBI was “disappointed” in the failure of the Justice Dept. to bring charges. Bush puppet-master Karl Rove was implicated by child welfare advocates in the failure of the Justice Dept. to prosecute the Texas abuse cases.
The decision of the US Justice Dept. to block prosecution of pedophiles within the Texas Youth Commission juvenile detention system mirrors its refusal to pursue the case of Republican pedophile Representative Mark Foley, who preyed upon underage male congressional pages and many other well founded cases of pedophila among politicians and wealthy individuals.
While not all children suffering under the Texas Youth Commission are sexually abused, many simply have their childhoods stolen from them. The case of Shaquanda Cotton is an example of how a child can easily become a victim of the State of Texas. Shaquanda was a 14-year-old black freshman who merely shoved a hall monitor at Paris High School in a dispute over entering the building before the school day had officially begun. She was given a sentence of 7 years in prison. If she had been a whilte adult male, at most she would have been sentenced to anger management classes.
Shaquanda was finally released, after a year of outrage and protests called too much attention to the sorry plight of children in the care of the State of Texas.
Other children are not so lucky, as their parents have not been able to garner such wide media attention and support.
In no other developed country on the planet does the State prey upon children as it does in the United States of America. In almost every other country in the world, children are the responsibility of their parents and only if there are no family members to care for a child will the state assume control of the child. In the US, parents no longer have any rights as parents and their child can be taken from them at any time for no justifiable reason.
Certainly in a few cases some children may need to be imprisoned, as they do pose a threat to society.

The abuse is not limited to Texas or merely to abuse within prisons. Throughout the US, hundreds of children simply vanish from State foster custody. In Florida, more than 60 children died in a two year span in state custody and another 400 children were missing. Michigan admitted to ‘losing’ more than 150 children.
In the 1990 Franklin Coverup case and other cases it was found that the children were being abused as part of a global conspiracy involving intelligence agencies and the ruling elite. Satanic ceremonies and ritual abuse are an integral part of the program.
The program is alive and well and intelligence sources claim that the recent firings of US Attorneys by Attorney General Alberto Gonzales were to prevent investigations into this program. In an interview with Tom Flocco Intelligence authority Thomas Heneghan claims that federal agents had linked Michael Duffy of Time, John Meacham of Newsweek, George Stephanopoulos of ABC, Mike Allen, John Harris, Mark Halperin—of the Washington Post, Clarence Page of the Chicago Tribune, Anderson Cooper of CNN, Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report, Senators Arlen Specter (R-PA), Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Dick Durbin (D-IL), former CIA Director Porter Goss and British Prime Minister Tony Blair to the satantic child sex ring.
A case exposed in Florida provides clear evidence that such a conspiracy exists and suggests why.
In early February 1987, an anonymous call in Tallahassee, Florida alerted police to two suspicous men with children in a park. The cops quickly arrived on the scene and arrested two men who were later identified as members of an obscure cult called The Finders. When questioned they eventually claimed that the children had been entrusted to them and they were on their way to Mexico to open a special school for gifted children.
The men were charged with child abuse and the case was extended to Virgina and Washington, D.C., where police and U.S. Customs Service agents raided a duplex apartment building and a warehouse connected to the cult. The warehouse contained evidence of a satanic child kidnapping, pornography and mind-control ring. Cult members were apparently tipped off just before the raid and were nowhere to be found.
A report by Customs Special Agent Ramon J. Martinez claimed that documents found at the Finders property revealed detailed instructions for obtaining children for unspecified purposes. The instructions included the impregnation of female members of the community known as the Finders, purchasing children, trading, and kidnapping. One telex specifically ordered the purchase of two children in Hong Kong to be arranged through a contact in the Chinese embassy. A computer network linked the Finders to operations around the world.
Martinez also reported that the seized Finders evidence included “numerous photos of children, some nude, at least one of which was a photo of a child ‘on display’ and appearing to accent the child’s genitals … a series of photos of adults and children dressed in white sheets participating in a blood ritual sacrifice of goats. Also found was a large amount of data collected on various child care organizations.
Despite this, the case was dropped, the men arrested in Florida were released without any charges, and the children were sent home to their parents. All the police reports was classified and sealed. Investigators claimed that the case was dropped because the Finders were working for the CIA.
Despite the facts, Washington metropolitan police issued a statement saying they had found no evidence of criminal or satanic activity.
In 1987 the FBI claimed that their investigation was “pretty well winding down… At this point we have not uncovered any evidence of federal violations.”
The media mostly ingnored the case, although, a 1994 piece in “US News & World Report” tried to put the issue to bed as merely a rumor.
In 1993 the FBI opened a new investigation to determine whether the Finders investigation was improperly handled. The FBI released Customs Agent Martinez’s reports but little else about the Finders case. One memo claimed that the “CIA made one contact and admitted to owning the Finders organization as a front for a domestic computer training operation, but that it had gone bad.”
In an interview, Finders founder Marion Pettie admitted family connections to the CIA but denied working directly for the CIA. He did admit that his group had the children and that they were merely “on a camping trip,” accompanied by four well-dressed intellectuals who were teaching the children.
Apparently the teachers were not as smart as Pettie claimed. The report by US Customs stated, “the children were unaware of the function and purpose of telephones, televisions and toilets… the children had stated they were not allowed to live indoors and were only given food as a reward.”
Florida Rep. Tom Lewis remarked, “Could our own government have something to do with this Finders organization and turned their backs on these children? That’s what all the evidence points to.”
The final document released by the FBI on the Finders case concludes with:
“No further information will be available. No further action will be taken.”
Satanic child abuse by people in positions of power has been exposed in numerous countries where the police and media are not entirely corrupted. The evidence suggests that the problem permeats the corporate, religious and political leadership of virtually every country. In the United States the situation is much more pervasive than most people might imagine and extends to social services, the court system, the military, schools and large corporations.
The pedophilia of the Catholic Church is well known in the US and the church admits over 11,000 cases of molestation, a small fraction of the actual number of US cases. It admitted that more than 100 priests had sexually abused children just in the Dublin, Ireland archdiocese. In Montreal the church was found to have horribly abused and tortured thousands of children in orphanages it had converted to mental hospitals because the govt. would pay them more for mental patients than for orphans. While the abuse has been carried out in virtually every country with a Catholic presence, few cases make it to court because the Church spends billions each year on settling the matter privately.
The 1996 case in Charleroi, Belgium of Marc Dutroux and his wife Michelle Martin is a good example of the extent of the international satanic child abuse network and how well it is protected by people in power. In 1989 Dutroux was convicted and sentenced to only 13 years for the rape and violent abuse of five young girls, Martin received a sentence of only five years. Dutroux served three years before being released. Martin was released and went to work as an elmentary school teacher despite her conviction. Dutroux was given a generous government disability pension. Once released the two of them expanded upon their previous activities and started killing the girls after torturing them. But, this time they had substantial help. In a short time they gained ownership of 7 houses to use for holding the kidnapped children and enjoyed the full support of local police.
Evidence clearly demonstrated that Dutroux and Martin not only had the full support of local Charleroi police but also had help all the way to the top of the Belgian government. 1995 Dutroux had offered money to a police informer for providing girls, and even told him that he was constructing a cell in his basement for holding the girls. His mother also wrote a second letter to police, claiming that he held girls captive in his houses, yet the police refused to investigate.
When the Judge who was diligently presided over the case was dismissed by the Belgian Supreme Court as part of a massive coverup, the people of Belgium had had enough. 350,000 thousand Belgians marched through the streets dressed all in white, demanding the reform of a system so corrupt that it would protect the abusers, rapists, torturers, and killers of children.
In 1998, while being transferred to a court house without handcuffs, Dutroux was allowed to overpower one of his guards, take his gun and escape. Although he was captured a few hours later the facts again demonstrated gross police incompetence and/or support for Dutroux.
Throughout his trial, Dutroux continued to insist that he was part of a Europe-wide child abuse ring with accomplices of police officers, businessmen, doctors, and even high-level Belgian politicians.
Eventually 10 suspects were arrested in connection with the kidnappings and murders of the girls. Only one police officer was arrested who had protected the paedophile ring. No high-ranking people were ever exposed.
Dutroux was sentenced to life in prison and his wife was given only 30 years. Another accomplice was given only 25 years. Apparently kidnapping, torturing, raping and murdering children is a not a serious crime in Belgium. Dutroux’s wife would have gotten a longer sentence if she had robbed a bank.
A 17 month investigation by the Belgian govt. came to the foregone conclusion that Dutroux did not actually have accomplices in high positions, even though Dutroux insisted he was part of a widespread network of high-level pedophiles and satanists. A special investigation by the “United Nations Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers” praised the Belgian government and didn’t expose any conspiracy.
The facts of the Belgian case and many others clearly demonstrate that evil permeates many governments at every level.
Readers should ask themselves if their local police, sheriff, courts, social services, churches, and school officials are part of the same dark forces. Hundreds of children go missing every day in the US – many are never found.
