Your Are Being Scanned and TrackedIf you live in a city with a population of at least 100,000 then your movements are being tracked for nefarious purposes.
Most larger cities are now blanketed by cameras which record license plates and track the movement of vehicles. Cell phones are used as tracking devices and the location of the phone is continually recorded and stored in a database shared with the feds along with the numbers called and the number calls are received from.
In some cities cops use mobile cameras on their cars interfaced with computers to scan the license plates of all surrounding vehicles. When a vehicle with an expired tag, expired insurance or upaid ticket is detected the cop is alerted to pull the person over.
A few cities are using facial recognition software to identify people in cars and walking on sidewalks. Once an ID has been established the person can be arrested if they have any outstanding warrants.
This gross intrusion into the lives of citizens wouldn’t be so bad if it was used to fight crime or had some other useful purpose. In reality it is used primarily to target people who are resistant to the erosion of freedom and loss of democracy.
In parts of the UK which are under blanket surveillance, crime has actually gone up because the criminals know that the cameras aren’t there to keep an eye on them and no one is watching most of the cameras.
In the US people who actively resist government oppression are automatically given bogus bad credit and denied any type of insurance. With bad credit the person can’t rent an apartment or buy a house. Without insurance the person can’t register or drive a car. Without a car in most cities a person can’t get to a job. Some employers also check an applicant’s credit and won’t hire a person with bad credit.
With blanket surveillance in most cities there simply isn’t a way that people who oppose the rape of the Constitution can exist without going to extraordinary lengths. As a result, many defenders of freedom end up in prison or learn to keep their head down and their thoughts to themselves.
One solution is to move to a smaller town, be self-employed under a corporate umbrella and get to know the local police, town council and other key people. Get involved in local politics and help put honest people in power and keep the crooks and other sinister forces out.
Democracy can still exist in smaller cities and towns and it is imperative that it be nurtured and strengthened or else we will completely lose any chance of having a democracy on a state and national level.
Democracy – use it or lose it.
