| Jersey Abuse Case Exposes Vast Conspiracy Between England and France lies a small British island called Jersey and one called Guernsey. They are the most southerly of the British Isles and are much closer to France than England. While they are British islands, they are not part of the United Kingdom, nor is the island nation really a colony. It is a dependency of the British Crown, kind of like Guam and the US Virgin Islands are protectorates of the United States. It has its own government but is under the ultimate control of the Queen of England, just like members of the British commonwealth such as Canada and Australia have the Queen of England as their Queen. Measuring only 9 miles by 5 miles and with a population of about 90,000, the tiny Jersey Island has been the center of an investigation into child abuse, torture and murder which exposes the island's connection to a global conspiracy of satanic ritual abuse and coverup. Since Napoleonic times Jersey has been one of the world's centers for dirty money. It has 55 banks, over 33,000 registered companies and more than $300 billion deposited in the Island at any one time. Much of the money comes from the world's ruling elite, mafias and intelligence agencies. They put their money in Jersey for the anonymity and low tax rate. The abuse investigation started in 2006 and focused mostly on a 150 year old facility called Haut de la Garenne (Forest Heights). Locals call the facility "Colditz". From 1867 to 1986 it was a detention facility for homeless, delinquent and at-risk children except for a period when it was occupied by the Germans during WW II.
Until 2006, in the more than 100 years of wide-spread abuse of children in Jersey, only one person was ever convicted of their crimes. Satan worshipper Edward Paisnel, "The Beast of Jersey", was given a 30-year sentence in 1971 on 13 counts of raping girls and boys. The Jersey building contractor kept foster children and played Father Christmas at Haut de la Garenne in the 60's. A History of Concealment Children abused in Jersey have long complained about the abuse but their cries for help were ignored and successfully covered up by the Island's rulers, until recently. In 1991 Police in Cambridgeshire England raided the home of Neil Hocquart who abused children in Britain and Guernsey and, with a social worker from Jersey, supplied child pornography for a huge international sex ring. Yet police did not investigate further. Stuart Syvret, the island's former health and social services minister was fired from Jersey's governing council in 2007 and arrested when he tried to expose 'systematic' abuse of children throughout Jersey's social services. Jersey's Sea Cadets program and well as other Jersey children's homes have been the subject of abuse investigations that were quickly stopped. Haute de la Garenne was shut down in 1986 as a detention facility and refurbished in 2004 for a 100 bed youth hostel. During renovations workmen discovered a trapdoor leading down to an underground chamber in which shackles remained, yet there was no investigation into why a children's home would have a secret chamber with shackles. After decades of complaints by children who were abused in Jersey, it wasn't until 2006 that Jersey police even pretended to start an investigation. The investigation plodded along until last November, 2007 when two sisters, Karen Coote and Cathy Le Monnier, publicly revealed that they were sexually abused at Haute de la Garenne during the 70's. Their courage in going public burst the dam of silence and more than 160 others came forward, forcing police to stop stalling and conduct an actual investigation. The Investigation The investigation focused on hidden underground chambers and pits which had been filled in with dirt and in some cases booby-trapped. Other parts of the grounds have also yielded bone fragments. Excavation of the chambers have supported charges of horrific torture and murder of children going back to some time before the 40's. Investigators have found numerous children's bone fragments, nearly 40 teeth and blood remnants. One chamber contained a concrete bathtub splattered with blood. An incenarator contained bone fragments and teeth, indicated that children's bodies were dismembered and burned in the underground chambers. Another chamber was filled with half a meter of lime. Investigators claim that they don't know why the lime was there but lime is typically used to speed up the decay of bodies. Given the fact that body parts were found in other chambers it is possible that body parts were in the lime as well or the chamber had been intended for body disposal. So far only a few of the more than 40 suspects have been charged. Michael Aubin pleaded guilty to charges of indecent assault on young boys when he was a resident at the former Haut de la Garenne children's home. He served less than 2 years. Morag Louise Jordan and Anthony Jordan who worked at Haut De La Garenne in the 1970s and 1980s have been charged and will go to trial in 2010. Police have long had more than sufficient evidence for more arrests and indictments but orders from higher up have prevented prosecutions of any but the lower level perpetrators.
Some of the guilty parties, such as former warden Colin Tilbrook, who raped children at Haut de la Garenne and his own foster daughter, Tina Blee, will never face justice in this world because they are already dead. Depsite the physical evidence, sworn testimony and witnesses, it is unlikley that anyone else will be charged or those in the government who actively supported and covered up the abuse will ever be held accountable. Deputy Chief Officer Lenny Harper, who headed up the investigation, faced sustained obstruction from fellow policemen as well as threats from members of Jersey's government and prominent citizens. He had to bring in police from the UK to assist in the investigation due to the lack of cooperation from local police and government officials. Harper retired under death threats in 2008 and has been the repeated target of efforts to discredit him and the investigation he courageously led. The Jersey government even went so far as to issue an arrest warrant for Harper after he left the Island, claiming that he was under investigation for falsifying evidence. A documentary was produced in 2008 by Bill Maloney and his Sister, both victims of state sponsored abuse. Bill's sister was attacked and likley murdered for financing the documentary and attempts to expose the abuse she suffered. She had also pursued unsuccessful lawsuits against the Southwark and Lambeth councils in England for the abuse she suffered while in children's homes under their control.
In November, 2008, the Jersey Chief of Police, Graham Power, disputed the findings of investigators and desperately announced that there was absolutely no evidence that anyone was ever murdered at Haut de la Garenne. He wouldn't discuss allegations of child abuse. Mr. Power was promptly fired from his job but that fact wasn't reported by the British media as they ignored the evidence and victims and loudly proclaimed that nothing really happened at Haut de la Garenne. The Implications Organized abuse of children in state care is quite common and often associated with satanic ritual abuse and mind control programs. While not all pedophiles or child abusers are satan worshippers, when such abuse is institutionalized and protected such as it was in Jersey, it is usually part of a larger organized program and the people who willingly engage in institutional abuse of children can only be described as evil. Jersey is a British island close to France. British and French culture (and many others) have a long history of institutional abuse of children and the abuse continues today. People in positions of power either engage in the abuse and support it and are usually able to protect the guilty parties. Anyone who doubts the notion that Jersey is an island run by satanists only needs to drive around the island and see the many statues in front yards and gardens which are blatantly satanic. One garden has a 12 foot high statue of satan. Only a mile from Haute de la Garenne, in the front yard of a prominent citizen there were pedophile statues photographed depicting sex acts between adults and very young children. Jersey also has no sex offender registry and almost never prosecutes those distributing child pornography or molesting children. The facts clearly demonstrate that the Jersey government and ruling class actively support pedophila. Jersey is a crown island and technically owned by the Queen of England. When a BBC television program covered the investigation at Haut de la Garenne and attempted to interview Frank Walker, the Chief Minister, the Queen's appointed governing council of the BBC publicly issued an apology. The fact that the BBC was forced to apologize for merely good journalism connects the case all the way to the Queen. Similar cases of organized abuse can help shed light on the Jersy case coverup. London - Islington Case In the London Borough of Islington, all of Islington's 12 children's homes were run by pedophiles from the 70's up until the early 90's and protected by the London government and Britain's national government. Victims vigorously pursued justice and appealed to all levels of government for help but were blocked at every turn. While government authorities continually refused to investigate despite undeniable evidence, The "Evening Standard" newspaper did investigate and found that many of the children's homes managers were part of an international ring that supplied children for abuse and pornography. The abuse in Islington was connected to the abuse ring in Jersey and other locations and children were exchanged between facilities. Police in the UK and Jersey were given full details but would not investigate. One of the people instrumental in the coverup was Margaret Hodge. She started her political career in 1973 as an Islington councillor and was Council Leader from 1982 through 1992. During her reign, the children's homes were engaging in wholesale abuse of children and she did all she could to protect the operations. Not all Islington Council employees were involved in the abuse of children. Social workers Liz Davies and David Cofie resigned their jobs so they could report the abuse to authorities and demand that Scotland Yard investigate. Other Islington social workers wanted to testify but were afraid for their jobs. The exposure of the pedophile ring resulted in the conviction of only Roy Caterer, who spent 7 1/2 years in prison for sexually abusing seven boys and two girls. Scotland Yard refused to investigate further despite overwhelming evidence and persistent pleas by the former social workers and victims. It wasn't until The Evening Standard started covering the story that the public outcry forced Margaret Hodge to resign her position as Council Leader. But, it wasn't long before she was back in a position to support the abuse of children on an even greater scale. In 2003, fully aware of Hodge's support of child abuse, British Prime Minister Tony Blair made Margaret Hodge his first Minister for Children in 2003. The position was created just for Hodge. Such a blatantly defiant act by Tony Blair shows unconditional support for pedophiles at the highest levels of British government and the ruling class. Hodge was further rewarded on 27 June 2007 when she was appointed Minister of State at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport by the new Prime Minister, Gordon Brown. Hodge is Jewish and married to another politician, Sir Henry Hodge, who was made a high court judge in 2004. Sea Cadets The "Sea Cadets" is a paramilitary program intended to teach children seamanship skills and prepare them to work in the Navy. For most of their history, the Sea Cadets was also a program that specialized in the sexual abuse of children. In Jersey there were eventually convictions of some employees in the Sea Cadets program for sexually abusing children in 2006. The commanding officer of the Jersey Sea Cadets was arrested for downloading child pornographic images, including photos of Sea Cadets. Some of the men convicted were closely connected with Haut de la Garenne. In 2006, the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) settled a class action lawsuit for the sexual abuse of more than 200 children from 1964 to 1980. The abuse occured on the HMCS Discovery, stationed on Deadman's Island in Vancouver, British Columbia. Cases in other Commwealth countries have not been as successful, despite overwhelming evidence. In the UK, the Sea Cadets has been an institution of abuse for thousands of children and the government continues to protect the abusers to this day. One example is Lt Cdr Allan Waters, who worked with the Sea Cadet Corps in Britain for more than 30 years and was widely known as a pedophile. Waters was officially caught in a compromising act with a young cadet while he was commanding the Clapton unit of the Sea Cadets in London in the early 1980s yet was merely reassigned to another unit and promoted up the ranks of the organisation. As a reward for his continued sexual abuse of children, Waters was appointed superintendent of the Sea Cadet training centre in Portsmouth in 1996 and was put on the Sea Cadets governing council. After retiring from Sea Cadets, Waters moved to India and setup an orphanage with fellow British Naval pedophile Duncan Grant, so they would have ready access to young children to abuse. In 2006 Waters and Duncan were finally jailed for child sex abuse in India, yet the corrupt Bombay High Court acquitted both of them on appeal. As of August 2008 Waters remained free but unable to leave India until he comes up with more pay-off money. Depsite the case in India, the British government has refused to investigate the charges against Waters by his many British victims. The Islington and Sea Cades cases clearly show that extreme abuse of children is supported at virtually every level of government in Britain and that Britain's leaders continue to go to great lengths to protect and reward those abusing children. The same is true in many other countries. Nebraska - The Franklin Coverup One of the most important and well-documented cases of government supported satanic abuse of children is the case commonly known as the Franklin Coverup. It is important because it was so carefully and professionally investigated and the ensuing coverup was so blatant and well-documented. The case centered around Republican party darling Lawrence King, who ran a child pornography and prostitution and drug ring for some very powerful people. He also ran the Franklin Credit Union in Omaha, Nebraska and it was his involvement in the great Savings & Loan scandal of the mid 80s and theft of tens of millions from the Franklin Credit Union that brought the case to light. Local police, the local newsaper, the Catholic orphanage "Boys Town" and the FBI were deeply involved in the case and did all they could to block an investigation. Despite the lack of cooperation, threats and abstruction by the guilty parties, an investigation by the Nebraska state legislature revealed the truth about the case. However, a special Grand Jury sealed and destroyed the evidence. At least fifteen people involved in investigating the case were murdered or died under mysterious circumstances to prevent the case from going forward. Witnesses were threatened, disappeared or imprisoned for perjury by a court rotten to the core. Former Director of the CIA, William Colby was a consultant on the case and he claimed that those involved were at the highest levels (Reagan-Bush). He was in a good position to know as he had run some of the government's mind control, torture and murder programs. He was ultimately 'suicided' for his involvement in the case and betrayal of the ruling satanic elite. Some of the names that surfaced during the investigation include Ronald Reagan, George Bush and Warren Buffet. The case also involved mind control programs (monarch program) run by the CIA and other nefarious organizations. The lead investigator on the case was Nebraska Senator John DeCamp and he wrote a book entitled "The Franklin Coverup" that is a must read for every American. California - Presidio Case In the 80s, children attending a day-care center at the Presidio Army Base Child Development Center near San Francisco were subjected to ritual satanic sexual abuse. On August 14, 1987, San Francisco police raided the home of career Army Intelligence Colonel Michael and his wife Lilith Aquino. Police confiscated 38 videotapes, photo negatives, and other evidence proving that the home had been the hub of a satanic pedophile ring, operating in and around U.S. military bases. The abused children showed physical signs of sexual abuse and many had contracted venereal disease. On April 22, 1989, the U.S. Army sent letters to the parents of at least 56 of the children believed to have been victims, urging them to have their children tested for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). In addition to the Aquino's, Baptist minister Gary Hambright was one of the abusers. He was indicted in September 1987 on charges that he committed "lewd and lascivious acts" with children ranging in age from three to seven years. However, the charges were dropped by U.S. Attorney Joseph Russoniello despite the fact that the evidence was overwhelming and irrefutable. US District Court Judge William Schwarzer simply refused to allow the admission of most of the evidence. The Army admitted that there was substantial evidence against Aquino but they also refused to prosecute him or anyone else for the abuse of the children. They also refused to take away Aquino's high-level security clearances after his involvement in the satanic abuse of young children was exposed. The US military has no issues with child abuse or satanism within its ranks and has covered up similar cases at numerous other bases, including West Point. Michael Aquino has long been a satanist, is founder of the satanic Temple of Set and was responsible for getting satanism accepted as an official religion in the military. He was close friends with Ronald and Nancy Reagan and performed satanic rituals at the White House while the Reagans were in power. Aquino was also actively involved in 'psy-ops' (mind control) for the US military. Aquino co-wrote an article for the military entitled "From PSYOP to Mindwar: The Psychology of Victory," which supported some of the ideas published in "The New Mental Battlefield", a 1980 Military Review article by likely satanist and mind control specialist, John Alexander. Aquino is untouchable because of his deep involvement with satanism and the US Military. If he were ever to be indicted he would pose a serious threat to many people in the highest levels of power.
